We design and supply the florals, platters, linen and service ware to fit your esthetic. This quote will include the cost of compostables as well as labor charges for chefs and service staff. We charge $350 per staff member, which will depend on the size of your event. Our staff will arrive approximately 2 hours before the guest's arrival to set up, stay throughout the event to refill, pass (if necessary), pack up leftovers, clean up, help pour wine, etc….
We do not provide drinks or alcohol but do have professional bartenders on staff should your event require one. Price will vary depending on the size of your event and menu selections, but you can expect the food to cost between $30-$65 per person, plus labor, compostables, and tax. Our minimum is $2500.00 for full service.

We are passionate about supporting our local growers & makers and sustaining our environment. We carefully select the best quality ingredients, and shop our local farmers markets weekly. The majority of our ingredients are organic and our meats are always humanely raised with NO ANTIBIOTICS EVER. We take sustainability seriously and source consciously. While it’s difficult to achieve (organic perfection), we put a lot of thought into every decision we make.

We have a tiny kitchen and wash our dishes by hand. We have super limited storage space, as well. We have just enough room to store our glass jars for certain pantry items but cannot store large jars for soups and stews. Not to mention, our food is designed to be freezer ready and glass jars all too often explode in the freezer. Our plastic containers are BPA free and recyclable.

We have found a happy medium for guests that don't need full service but would like one of our expertly designed tables. Full service is for customers that do not want to lift a finger or have to clean up and would like staff to stay the entire time. Obvisouly, more labor charges will be incurred.

An 8' table or equivalent for the buffet in a climate controlled environment. We also need a clean and clutter free prep area. We ask that your counters are cleared and your dishwasher is emptied if we are providing full service. We cannot sell alcohol, but can provide certain n/a drinks if previously arranged. Everything is negotiable! We would also love you to provide a laid back attitude and a smile! We have you covered, afterall!

We accept bank transfer, cash, check. Credit cards of all kinds are welcome, but we do charde a 3% processing fee.

We do not provide drinks or alcohol but do have professional bartenders on staff should your event require one. We come fully equipped with drink dispensers, a table top ice tub and tools. We can also provide mocktails and specially designed mixers.

This totally depends on your event timing and how much you wnat to feed your guests! A good place to start is to order platters, sizes are based on group sizes in the website description. For small bite add ons, figure 3-5 bites additional per person.

Set up typically takes about 2 hours. If you have a very small party, a bit less. We like things to be fresh and assembled onsite as much as possible.
