All platters are prepared on a sturdy wooden reusable board with a sturdy cardboard lid. The medium measures 12" x 12" x 3.5" and feeds 10-12. The large measures 13" x 17" x 3.5" and feeds 15-17. Each board is a work of art and unique, based on seasonal and in house availability. Suggested serving sizes are based on light, appetizer sized portions. Please note, our boards do not include bread or crackers. We have found they take up valuable real estate, so don't forget to grab some in store.

All soups and stews are sold by the 32oz quart. One quart serves 2 as a main dish or 3-4 as a side dish. Bring your clean, re-useable jars or containers for us to fill and receive a discount. Some are sold fresh and some frozen. To defrost, place entire quart in a pot of warm water until the sides loosen enough to empty contents into a sauce pan. Simmer on low, covered until heated through.
