White Bean and Kale Soup
Navy beans are slow cooked with celery and onion, parmesan rind, bay leaf and rosemary. We stir in lemon, parmesan and chopped curly kale. A wholesome and satisfying bowl!
All soups and stews are sold by the 32oz quart. One quart serves 2 as a main dish or 3-4 as a side dish. Bring your clean, reuseable jars or containers for us to fill and recieve a discount. Some are sold fresh and some frozen. To defrost, place entire quart in a pot of warm water until the sides loosen enough to empty contents into a sauce pan.
