Green Goddess Soup

Onion, leek, fennel, celery, potato, spinach, kale, peas, and broccoli, OH MY! Get your vegetables on, folks! Knock out a whole week’s serving in one delicious bowl. We like to blend it with a touch of cream, a little allspice and a hint of garlic. Also available sans cream.
All soups and stews are sold by the 32oz quart and sold sometimes fresh, sometimes frozen (they are prepared on rotation). One quart serves 2 as a main dish or 3-4 as a side dish. To defrost, place entire quart in a pot of warm water until the sides loosen enough to empty contents into a sauce pan. Simmer on low, covered until heated through.
