Vegan Golden Vegetable Soup
Cauliflower, carrot, sweet potato and onion are cooked in aromatics (ginger, onion and garlic) and then blended to a smooth and creamy consistency with cashew nuts, coconut milk, red curry paste and our special blend of spices. We love to add sauteed chopped up cauliflower, chickpeas and whatever else we have on hand at home for some added texture!
All soups and stews are sold by the 32oz quart. One quart serves 2 as a main dish or 3-4 as a side dish. Bring your clean, reuseable jars or containers for us to fill and recieve a discount. Some are sold fresh and some frozen. To defrost, place entire quart in a pot of warm water until the sides loosen enough to empty contents into a sauce pan.
