We use our inflame away chicken broth (with the ginger, turmeric, & black pepper trifecta) as a base and simmer onion, garlic, celery, carrot, celery root and fresh spinach. We poach our rustic, mini chicken meatballs in the soup for a nourishing and clean bowl of goodness. Eat this for breakfast with a poached egg, lunch and dinner…you’ve never felt better! All soups and stews are sold by the 32oz quart. One quart serves 2 as a main dish or 3-4 as a side dish. Bring your clean, reuseable jars or containers for us to fill and recieve a discount. Some are sold fresh and some frozen. To defrost, place entire quart in a pot of warm water until the sides loosen enough to empty contents into a sauce pan.
