Magic Chicken Tikka Masala

Tender chunks of white meat chicken breast are sauteed in ghee then simmered in tomato, heavy cream, yogurt, sour cream, and a host of traditional Indian spices. This. Is. the. bomb. tikka.
also contains onion, ginger, garlic, fresh turmeric and a touch of brown sugar for balance.
All soups and stews are sold by the 32oz quart and sold sometimes fresh, sometimes frozen (they are prepared on rotation). One quart serves 2 as a main dish or 3-4 as a side dish. To defrost, place entire quart in a pot of warm water until the sides loosen enough to empty contents into a sauce pan. Simmer on low, covered until heated through.
