Ribollita is a Tuscan white bean soup that's traditionally thickened with day-old bread. Filled with flavorful vegetables such as carrots, kale, tomaotes it's a delicious, comforting meal in a bowl. We use farro instead of bread for the grain. This soup also contains parmesan.

All soups and stews are sold by the 32oz quart and sold sometimes fresh, sometimes frozen (they are prepared on rotation). One quart serves 2 as a main dish or 3-4 as a side dish. To defrost, place entire quart in a pot of warm water until the sides loosen enough to empty contents into a sauce pan. Simmer on low, covered until heated through.
