Marinated Castelvetrano Olives
PItted Italian Castelvetrano olives are marinated in crushed pink peppercorn, shallot, & dill and covered in a grapeseed-olive oil and brine blend. A necessary staple for entertaining. Chop them up and put in salad, stew, on a creamy based crostini or chopped up and sprinkled over a dish of lebni and served with our pita chips. Sold in half pound packages.
