Cajun Red Bean and Andoullie Sausage

Onion, bell pepper, celery, tomato, garlic and thyme make up the base to this thick and saucy red bean dish. We add traditional pork andoullie sausage, chicken stock and some cajun seasoning then simmer all day until those kindey beans are perfectly thick and saucy. We top it off with fresh parsley and green onion. Put on a pot of rice, and dinner is served.

All soups and stews are sold by the 32oz quart. One quart serves 2 as a main dish or 3-4 as a side dish. Bring your clean, reuseable jars or containers for us to fill and recieve a discount. Some are sold fresh and some frozen. To defrost, place entire quart in a pot of warm water until the sides loosen enough to empty contents into a sauce pan.
